Blues Orbiters nominated for "Best Band 2008"! 

Thanks to all of our Washington Blues Society fans for this "Best of the Blues" nomination! 

The award show announcing winners in multiple categories will be held at the fabulous Triple Door on Sunday April 20th.  All the "Best Band" candidates will be playing sets that evening.  If you're a member, be sure to vote!   If you're not a member,  consider joining! It's a great organization with free monthly meetings featuring  live music. They also publish the always informative monthly "Bluesletter" with news and  information on the Washington blues scene. Billy Barner joins Blues Orbiters! 

Ace drummer Billy Barner has recently joined the Blues Orbiters! Billy has been performing in the Northwest music scene  as well as in nationwide touring acts for many years. Some Northwest favorites he's been a part of building the reputation of are Blues Alliance, Hometown Blues Band , Color Blue, and Jonah's Whale.
